Overview
The FS Series Heat-Shrink Applicating Machines are specially designed for applying and shrinking PVC capsules onto glass bottles, particularly for wine, spirits, and other premium liquid products. These machines complete the post-corking shrink-wrap process with consistent heat application for a smooth, wrinkle-free seal. The series includes both automatic capsule feeding and manual capsule placement ‘M’ models, meeting the needs of fully automated or semi-automated production lines.

1 Precise & Uniform Shrinking: Equipped with circular heat-shrink heads, the machine ensures that each PVC capsule is evenly heated and fully conformed to the bottle neck — no wrinkles, bubbles, or uneven shrink lines.
2 Smart Temperature Control: Adjustable temperature knob on each head enables fine-tuning to match cap material and bottle size, ensuring stability and material protection.
3 Two Configurations for Flexibility: FS series performs fully automatic with capsule sorting, placement, and shrinking. FS-M Series requires manual capsule placement, followed by automatic shrinking — ideal for small-to-medium lines or integrated systems.
4 Safe & Stable Operation: The machine features clutch protection on the bottle starwheels — in the event of a bottle jam, the system automatically stops to prevent damage or injury.
5 Low Maintenance Design: Simple mechanical structure and standardized parts make the machine easy to clean, service, and operate, reducing long-term costs.
