Its non-tracking design makes bottle changeovers quick and simple, with no large-scale commissioning or lengthy retooling. This approach is ideal for large formats and non-standard shapes that benefit from a longer, more controlled rinse dwell. In contrast to the rotary QSP Series—built for very high-speed runs of standard bottles—QSP-ZX prioritizes flexibility, gentle handling, and thorough cleaning. Rinsing media options include water, ozonated water, or compressed air, and PLC/HMI control with “no bottle, no water” logic helps reduce utilities while keeping operation efficient.
